Clear terms for using Autolinky.

The service

Autolinky helps you discover job posts, compare them with your CV, prepare application messages, and track applications. Email applications can be sent from your connected Gmail. WhatsApp, application links, Easy Apply, forms, and company sites remain actions you complete on those services.

Job posts, match scores, generated letters, and availability may contain errors or change. Autolinky does not guarantee a job, interview, employer response, or that every application is delivered or read. Review opportunities and your application information before acting.

Your account and information

Provide accurate account and CV information and use the service only where you can lawfully agree to these terms. Keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share your CV and application materials with employers.

Do not misuse the service for spam, deception, unlawful content, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass sending limits. We may pause sending or restrict access to protect users, third parties, and the service when misuse or security risk is reasonably suspected.

Email sending and Auto Apply

Connecting Gmail and pressing Send my CV authorizes the requested email application. Enabling Auto Apply authorizes Autolinky to select eligible email jobs and send your CV and a prepared letter from your connected Gmail within the match, daily, and other sending limits you choose. You can turn Auto Apply off or disconnect Gmail in the app.

You must use a separate Google app password, not your normal Google password. You can revoke that app password in Google. Google and recipient mail systems may reject, delay, or filter messages; Autolinky cannot control their decisions. Applications already sent cannot be withdrawn from an employer inbox.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan includes 20 email applications in total across manual sending and Auto Apply. Pro removes that plan allowance while active, but user-selected daily limits, service safeguards, and Gmail limits still apply. Other application methods may remain available when the free email allowance ends.

Pro is arranged through WhatsApp and activated manually for the account email after payment. Before paying, confirm the price, currency, plan duration, payment method, and start date in writing with Autolinky. The website and app do not collect a card or automatically renew a Pro plan by themselves. A new term requires a separate agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop Auto Apply or disconnect Gmail at any time. To end a Pro plan or raise a billing issue, contact Autolinky through WhatsApp with your account email. Stopping email sending or uninstalling the app does not by itself refund a paid plan.

Once a Pro term has been activated, payment for unused time is generally not refundable unless we agreed otherwise in writing before payment, the service materially fails because of Autolinky and we cannot reasonably fix it, or applicable law requires a refund. We will review reported billing errors and provide any remedy required by law.

Third parties, changes, and liability

Employers, job boards, Google, WhatsApp, GitHub, and other linked services operate under their own terms. Autolinky is not affiliated with them unless we say otherwise. We may change features or pause the service for maintenance, safety, or legal reasons. We will post material term changes with an updated date.

To the extent the law permits, Autolinky is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made by employers or third-party services. Our total liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount you paid Autolinky for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
